Toby Orders, Head of Residential Property Management – North West Tasmania

Toby is passionate about raising the standard of residential property management through leadership, innovation, and education. With over eight years of industry experience, he was awarded Tasmania’s highest individual property management honour at the 2024 REIT Awards for Excellence, before going on to represent Tasmania at the 2025 Real Estate Institute of Australia National Awards for Excellence.

As Head of Residential Property Management for North West Tasmania, Toby leads the agency’s property management division while continuing to personally manage a select portfolio across the Central Coast and Greater Devonport regions. He is committed to developing high-performing property management professionals through practical mentoring, continuous improvement, and proven systems that deliver consistent outcomes for clients while creating positive experiences for landlords, tenants, and colleagues.

Holding a Diploma of Property (Agency Management), Toby believes exceptional property management is built on effective risk management, clear communication, and proactive service. Known for his integrity, attention to detail, and solutions-focused approach, he is committed to strengthening industry standards, sharing the award-winning practices that have underpinned his success with his team, fostering meaningful relationships, and delivering positive outcomes for both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Toby enjoys spending time between Ulverstone and Devonport with his whippet, Patch, staying active, and exploring new destinations.
