With over seven years of experience, he has received multiple industry accolades, including national recognition as a finalist for Property Manager of the Year at the prestigious 2025 Real Estate Institute of Australia’s National Awards for Excellence. Toby primarily services properties within the Central Coast and Devonport Greater Region areas, ensuring landlords and tenants receive expert guidance and support. Holding a Diploma of Property (Agency Management), he is committed to ongoing professional growth, educating all stakeholders in a real estate transaction, and improving practices across his agency and the wider industry. Known for his thoroughness, fairness, and firm but professional approach, he is dedicated to mentoring industry peers, fostering strong relationships, and driving innovation in property management. Outside of work, Toby enjoys spending time between Ulverstone and Devonport with his whippet, Patch, socialising with friends, and exploring new destinations.
