Sarah is a vibrant presence in our office, known for encouraging and supporting every member of the team while motivating herself and those around her to excel. Bubbly, approachable, and proactive, she brings the same enthusiasm to relationships with clients, trades and tenants, ensuring every interaction is professional, thoughtful, and results-driven.

With prior industry experience, Sarah joined Elders Burnie in 2017 and quickly made her mark. Since then she has progressed from Portfolio Manager to Team Mentor gaining experience in many areas throughout our agency. From all areas of property management, business onboarding, account transactions, sales administration, social media, and marketing. Her dedication and creativity in the digital space earned her the Elders TAS/VIC Award for Excellence in Digital Marketing in 2023. She is passionate about being a key support person in the business. In 2023, she furthered her expertise by completing her Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management).

In 2024 she welcomed a baby girl and has since returned to the office in early 2025, assisting the team in all aspects of the business.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys being a mum, spending time with her partner and their two dogs. She loves having a wine & a laugh with family & friends, camping & enjoying her partner’s exceptional cooking.
