I have lived in the local area all of my life and I particularly love our coastal scenery, our updated streetscape within the CBD, our redeveloped foreshore, the friendly locals and their sense of community and pride is admirable to see.

Along the North-West I have listed and sold various types of property including industrial, commercial, rural and rarely available unique residential property.

I’m particularly experienced in seeing the value in unique property, recently negotiating and achieving a sales price $145,000 above a competitors quoted appraisal with multiple offers from buyers, that’s a lot of change to leave on the kitchen bench at settlement!
